One of our family favorites is dipping bread and crackers into savory, creamy, cheesy goodness. This one quickly became a common request for the Shabbat dinner table.
2 c homemade goat cream cheese or cream cheese
1 c mayo
1/4 c zhoug (see recipe here)
2 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 cup shredded raw cheddar cheese, divided
In the mixer, cream together softened goat cream cheese or cream cheese, mayo, zhoug, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese.
Move mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
